VLISCO Playful photography

Finally it is here!
What a way for me  to start 2013 then together with the fantastic  Vlisco.

I am so happy over their new campaign, and it was so much fun for the fist time to have body double on the set.

I always get a bit nervous because they put so much hard work on set and we never know what the end result will be like.

This time VLISCO teamed up with the fantastic duo Carmen Freudenthal and Elle Verhagen.  They are mostly famous for their works in fashion, advertising and art. Was such a pleasure to wotk with them and grate professionalism & personality on set. All the colors are exclusive and only Vlisco  make their own colors POP the way they do.

Once again patterns+colors = blissful eternity by Vlisco

Every day I will give you a color,
like a new flower in a bud vase
on your desk. Every day
I will paint you, as women
color each other with henna
on hands and on feet.

“We combined all the prints and colours in one total image, not as a traditional fashion picture, but as a picture with a story that has different layers.”

Photographers Campaign

“For us, this is fashion photography. It’s more than a pretty woman wearing a dress.

You can see that there is more to tell, and we tell this story in a surprising, different way.

This is our signature.”

With their subtle shiny finish and silky touch, Java fabrics have long been a popular part of Vlisco’s product offering.

But, for the first time in several years, a number of new Java designs have been created.

Particularly exciting this season is the colour choice available. In fact, one design now even comes in 12 colour variations. And, thanks to the clever use of colour blocking, which highlights different aspects of each drawing, each colour variation has a totally different look.

Vlisco’s matching line of accessories is another interpretation of the Jeu de Couleurs collection’s playful approach to colour.
